A burst water main at Holland Park has caused significant disruption to the area, with flooding and road closures leading to traffic chaos. The incident has resulted in partial closures on Holland Park Avenue, between Princedale Road and the Holland Park Roundabout, as well as the eastern part of the roundabout itself. Additionally, the A3220 West Cross Route, between the Northern Roundabout and the Holland Park Roundabout, is closed to vehicles, affecting the Westway and causing tailbacks.
The situation has led to slow-moving traffic on Uxbridge Road. Despite Thames Water's efforts to control the flooding, water could still be seen cascading down Holland Park Avenue at 11:15 am.
